YAPIC Network operates yapic.network and its connected services: eight free public channels (Hypnosquish, Scroll the Stack / Reddit Top Daily, Drama Queen, 3AM Files, What If, Message Was Deleted, Nowhistory Undercover / Declassified, Be Better), the Premium Vault (long-read library + improved tool quotas), six interactive AI tools — FakeChats AI, Value AI, RedScene AI, CreepGen AI (original 3 AM horror entities), Love AI (emotional relationship analysis), DeepHistory AI (hidden-history documentary engine) — e-books, upcoming games, an advertiser-free affiliate "gem" catalogue, and a music page where each channel's EP will drop when recording wraps.

We may add, change, or retire features over time. Material changes are announced with at least 14 days' notice.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Union) to use YAPIC. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that nothing in your local law prevents you from agreeing to these Terms.

Some content is age-gated as 18+ (3AM Files, Drama Queen, Message Was Deleted). To access those channels you must confirm you are an adult under the law of your country of residence.

All YAPIC AI tools — ParallelSelf AI, CreepGen AI, Love AI (DramaMirror), DeepHistory AI, RedScene AI, FakeChats AI and Value AI — are restricted to users aged 18 years or older. These tools simulate serious life decisions, relationship dynamics, horror scenarios or alternate-life outcomes that may be unsuitable for minors. By generating output via any AI tool you confirm you are at least 18 under the law of your country of residence. If you discover a minor using a YAPIC AI tool, email support@yapic.network and we will close the account.

Browsing, voting, the heart-tap pulse, the Support page, short tool previews, and the gem affiliate catalogue are free.

Paid offerings, all prices in EUR (€):

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. in EUR. Stripe handles your card data under its own privacy policy and PCI scope; we never see or store your full card number.

Auto-renewal: Premium renews monthly until you cancel. We email a receipt after every charge. You can cancel any time via the Stripe Customer Portal button in your profile (or by replying to any receipt) — you keep access to the end of the current paid period.

First charge transparency: if a free trial precedes a Premium subscription, the price and start date of the first charge are displayed before you enter card details, in compliance with US ROSCA and EU consumer-rights directives.

Failed renewals: if Stripe cannot charge your card on the renewal date, we retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, we downgrade you to the free tier with no penalty.

We want you to feel fairly treated, so the rules are simple:

You can sign in with email + password or with a one-tap email magic-link. Magic-links are valid for 20 minutes and single-use. OTP codes for password reset and email verification are valid for 10 minutes.

You may be signed in on up to three devices simultaneously per email. The oldest seat is replaced when a fourth device signs in. Treat your sign-in link like a key — don't forward it. We are not responsible for loss caused by a magic-link you forwarded or a device you lent out.

Our six interactive tools (FakeChats AI, Value AI, RedScene AI, CreepGen AI, Love AI, DeepHistory AI), our Vault long-form drafts, and most images on the site are produced by large language models and image-generation models operated by third-party providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) under their own terms of service. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, weird, offensive, or unsuitable for any specific purpose. Treat AI output as creative entertainment, not advice. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or safety-critical decisions.

Love AI explicit disclaimer: Love AI is an emotionally-intelligent storytelling and pattern-reflection tool. It is not therapy, not counselling, not a mental-health professional, and not a substitute for one. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified mental-health professional or your local emergency number. The tool does not diagnose, treat, or attempt to cure any condition. Outputs are reflections on hypothetical or anonymised situations you describe.

DeepHistory AI explicit disclaimer: DeepHistory AI reconstructs documented historical events with cinematic and emotional realism. While we instruct the model to ground every claim in real historical evidence and to hedge uncertainty, the reconstructions are interpretive narratives, not academic sources. They may contain inaccuracies, oversimplifications, or contested interpretations. Do not cite DeepHistory AI output in scholarly work, journalism, or legal proceedings without independent verification.

No real people, no minors: our prompts explicitly forbid real, identifiable people, real living politicians, and minors. If a generated face accidentally resembles someone real, the resemblance is unintended and not meant to identify, defame, mock, or insult any individual. We will remove any generated image on request through the Support page within 7 days.

You own the AI outputs you generate using paid credits, to the extent allowed by the underlying model providers' own terms. You may use them commercially. You may not sell or sublicense the outputs as a service that competes with YAPIC, train competing models on them in bulk, or claim authorship attributable to a human.

Saved generations & profile archive: every paid generation is automatically saved to your account so you can re-open it later. Saves are private to you, capped at the most recent 200 per user, and deletable from your profile at any time. Deletion is permanent and applies within 7 days to all backups.

Shareable snippets: the share button on tool result pages renders a 1080×1350 PNG client-side from your generated image, your generated caption, and a YAPIC watermark. We do not upload the rendered PNG anywhere; the file stays on your device unless you choose to share it via your operating system's share sheet.

Custom-style screenshot upload (FakeChats AI): if you upload a screenshot of a messaging app to extract its visual style, we send it to Google's Gemini multimodal model only to extract colour values + corner radius (no faces, no text content is retained beyond the analysis call). The original screenshot is not stored on our servers. The extracted style spec is cached in your browser's localStorage, not on our servers.

Output language: every paid tool includes an Output language picker. You can request generation in any of the 5 supported languages (English, Russian, Spanish, German, French) independent of the UI language you browse in. Output quality depends on the underlying model's capabilities — especially for non-English outputs, some imperfection is expected.

You agree NOT to:

The YAPIC name, logo, design, original written content, channel branding, and the source code of the site are owned by YAPIC Network. Affiliate-partner logos belong to their respective owners and are used under fair-use / attribution.

You retain ownership of anything you submit to the Support form, the FakeChats AI (characters and premise), or the Value AI (object concept). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the submission on the site, to improve our prompts, and to feature your idea in marketing — with attribution if you provide a name. You can revoke this licence at any time by writing to us; we will remove the submission within 7 days.

If you believe content on YAPIC infringes your copyright, send a notice through the Support page including: (a) your contact details, (b) a description of the work, (c) the URL where it appears on YAPIC, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act for them, and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

We process valid notices within 14 days and will counter-notify the original poster (if any). Repeat infringers will be banned.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any AI output will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, YAPIC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) €100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — in that case the limits apply only to the extent allowed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YAPIC Network and its team against any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable lawyers' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of AI outputs (including any defamation, IP infringement, or harmful use), or your violation of any law in connection with your use of the site.

Some links to third-party products earn us a small commission when you purchase. We only feature products we'd use ourselves. The price you pay is never affected by the affiliate relationship. Affiliate links are marked with `rel="sponsored"` per FTC and ASA guidance.

You can stop using YAPIC and delete your account at any time from the Profile page or by writing to us through the Support page.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, attempt to defraud us, or use the site in a way that puts other users or our partners at risk. On termination, the clauses that by their nature should survive (refund rules already in motion, IP, indemnity, liability cap, governing law) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will first be addressed informally — please contact us through the Support page; we'll make a good-faith effort to resolve it within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, unless local consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your home country (which it usually does in the EU/UK).

Where allowed by law, you and YAPIC each waive any right to bring claims as a named plaintiff or class member in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding. If a court holds this waiver unenforceable, the entire arbitration / dispute clause becomes void with respect to you, and the dispute proceeds in the courts named above.

Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemic, infrastructure outage, or governmental action.

If any clause of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any pricing pages you accepted at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and YAPIC about the site. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous understanding.

Send all legal notices through the Support page on the site, or to support@yapic.network. We will email you at the address tied to your account for any notice we are required to give you under these Terms.

If we materially change these Terms, we'll display a banner on the homepage at least 14 days in advance so you can cancel Premium and request data deletion before the new Terms apply. Minor wording fixes that don't reduce your rights ship without a banner — the date at the bottom of this page tells you when the document last changed.
