Can I get a refund on Stripe credit packs?

Yes. Email support@yapic.network within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund any unused credits. Used credits aren't refundable but the rest goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Open /profile, scroll to Active Plan, and click Manage. You'll be redirected to Stripe's portal where you can cancel in one click. No phone calls, no retention scripts. Access continues until the current billing period ends.

I paid but didn't receive my credits — what now?

Open /profile and use the 'Recover credits' panel — paste either the email you used at checkout or the Stripe session id from your receipt URL. We verify directly with Stripe and grant credits instantly.

What does YAPIC track about me?

Just anonymous pageviews (path + a random session id) and your email if you sign up. No IP storage, no cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics shipping your behaviour anywhere. Crawlers are filtered out at write time.

Are Value AI and FakeChats AI free?

You get one free preview render and one free SMS story without paying. Beyond that, single-shot packs start at €0.79 or you can include both tools in the €9.99/month Premium subscription.

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Sign in' in the header, then 'Forgot password?'. We email you a 6-digit code that's valid for 15 minutes. Paste it back in the reset form and pick a new password.
